Drehschieber-Vakuumpumpe 'R5-21-400'
ölgeschmiert | ohne Gasballast
Prozessinformationen:
- Das Drehschieberprinzip der 'R5' steht für eine robuste, funktionale Konstruktion. Ein Rotor mit drei Schiebern ist exzentrisch in einem zylindrischen Gehäuse montiert. Durch die Fliehkraft werden die einzelnen Schieber nach außen gedrückt, wodurch zwischen Schiebern und Gehäuse Kammern entstehen.
- Das Fördermedium wird in diesen drei Kammern eingeschlossen. Während der weiteren Umdrehung verringert sich das Kammervolumen fortlaufend. Dadurch wird das Fördermedium verdichtet und zum Auslass befördert.
- 'R5' Vakuumpumpen arbeiten mit Ölumlaufschmierung. Ein nachgeschalteter Ölabscheider trennt das Öl vom Fördermedium und sorgt dadurch für eine effiziente Ölnutzung.
- Ein Rückschlagventil verhindert, dass das Fördermedium nach dem Abschalten der Vakuumpumpe in den Prozess zurückströmt.
- Die Gasballastfunktion verhindert das Kondensieren des Dampfes in der Pumpe. Es ermöglicht nicht nur das Abpumpen von Permanentgasen, sondern auch von größeren Mengen kondensierbarer Gase.

Operating principle:
- R5 rotary vane technology is synonymous with a robust and functional construction. In a cylindrical housing, a rotor with three vanes is mounted eccentrically. Due to centrifugal force, these vanes slide out and form chambers between themselves and the housing.
- The pumped medium is trapped inside these three chambers. During further rotation, their volume is constantly reduced. Thereby, the pumped medium is compressed and transported to the outlet.
- R5 vacuum pumps operate with recirculating oil lubrication. A downstream oil separator segregates sealing oil and pumped medium for efficient reuse of oil.
- A non-return valve prevents the pumped medium from flowing back into the process after the vacuum pump is switched off.
